Six-time cycling world champion, two-time Olympic silver medalist Marion Clignet joined Jelenew as the Technological Co-founder to create cycling kits truly for women. Understanding the existing gender disparities in sports, she engages proactively with local communities and charitable organizations, orchestrating inclusive cycling events to foster greater female participation in the sport. Recognizing the importance of community, Jelenew has launched the Ride Leaders Project, aimed at enlisting women as influential figures to lead and champion initiatives promoting women's cycling from the ground up, while leveraging their leadership to inspire others and propagate a culture of cycling through exemplary action.
