Enthusiastic participants were challenged to ride for a good cause, as they worked up a sweat for a full hour of high-intensity indoor cycling. Led by Leslie, the session was a fun and energizing way to give back to the community while staying fit and healthy.

'' We have all come together here out of the passion for cycling and we want to extend that care for health to the people in need. Cycling did exactly that. People are united through the sport and the passion will be passed on step by step. Pedal by pedal."
